The price offered refers to the use of the "Ansitz Ötztal" per day for up to 6 people for 3 bedrooms.

For each additional person up to a maximum of 12 people, a weekly flat rate is added to the basic price. Depending on the number of people, the 4th bedroom is also available to you.

• Sauna on request (one-off flat rate of 30 €; towels and infusion aromas are also provided for this)

Infants up to their 3rd birthday sleep free of charge in a cot in the parents' bedroom in our huts. We are happy to provide our very young guests with a made-up cot and a high chair to attach to the table.

Dogs are very welcome in our huts. We only ask you not to take your dog into the bedrooms out of consideration for the following guests. We allow ourselves to charge a daily flat rate of € 5.00 for each dog. A dog blanket, dog towels, a feeding bowl and a water bowl as well as welcome treats are available for your darling.

Payments as well as arrival / departure modalities

After receiving the booking confirmation / invoice, a deposit of 50% of the travel price is due immediately. Your booking only becomes binding once your deposit has been received in our account.

The remaining amount must then be transferred 4 weeks before arrival. After receipt of the total cost of accommodation, you will receive all further information (hut checklist) and a detailed description of how to get there.

As a rule, you can move into the hut from 4 p.m. and hand it over again from 9.30 a.m., or by appointment.

As a tenant, you have the right to use the entire rental property, including furniture and utensils. You undertake to treat the rental property with the greatest possible care and to compensate for any damage caused during your rental period through your fault or the fault of your companions and guests.

Defects, including those that arise during the rental period, must be reported to us immediately.

Withdrawal from the contract

Both sides can cancel the contract up to 90 days before the day of arrival without a cancellation fee. If the contract is terminated no later than 30 days before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the stay fee. In the event of a later cancellation, the entire arrangement price, minus the stated final cleaning, must be paid.

Otherwise the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

The place of jurisdiction is Imst.
